Building Your Inner Foundation
With the prerequisite Qigong 1 complete, you are ready to progress into building a deeper base of practice for your mediative and qigong development.
Engage with peers in both the intellectual and practical pursuit of long standing Qigong traditions mixed with modern Qigong science and build a practice you can count on to help unify body, mind and spirit. Learn not only what to train, but why the methods matter and how to do them correctly to seek your own true potential.
Training sessions average two hours each and are held weekly for the course of approximately twelve weeks depending upon group availability. Full schedule outline will be fixed at first group meeting to allow for maximum attendance and flexibility, this program is capped at eight members maximum with the option to attend virtually as well.
